Regarding how we receive new cases, this is either through referral or through contact from the applicants for international protection themselves. The only criterion for taking on cases is the availability of the legal team during the given period. The services we provide include: Provision of legal counseling and/or representation at the first instance of the international protection application examination procedure. Legal assistance with family reunification procedures (Dublin III Regulation). Legal assistance in age assessment procedures. Support with subsequent application requests following individualized assessment. (languages of communication/interpreting: Greek, English, Arabic, Farsi/Dari, French).
