Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the Pixida app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by SPS CREATIONS SOLE SHAREHOLDER CO. P.C. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory, and you can browse the Application without an account. However, some features (such as saving favorites or maintaining a profile across your devices) require you to sign in.

The information the Application collects is limited to what you choose to provide. When you create a profile, the Application stores the name, email address, and phone number you enter, together with the account identifier and email associated with your login. This information is kept in the Service Provider's content management system so that your profile and saved favorites are available to you across devices. It is used solely to operate these features.

The Service Provider may use the email address you provide to contact you from time to time with important information and required notices relating to the Application.

What information does the Application collect automatically?

The Application does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and does not automatically collect personal information such as a device identifier, advertising identifier, browsing history, or usage analytics. As with any online service, the servers that host the Application's backend may keep standard, short-lived technical logs of incoming requests (for example an IP address and timestamp) for security and reliability purposes; these logs are not used to profile or track you.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Application requests permission to access your device location for a single purpose: to show your current position on the in-app map (the standard "my location" indicator). The Application does not read, store, transmit, analyze, or share your location coordinates, and it does not use your location for analytics, personalization, recommendations, or advertising. On Android the map is drawn by the Google Maps SDK, which processes location on your device to display the marker. You can decline or revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings; the map will simply not show your current-position marker.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Service Provider does not sell your information and does not share it for advertising. Your information is processed only by the service providers needed to operate the Application:

• Auth0 (an Okta company) provides sign-in and authentication; your login identifier and email are handled there as part of signing you in.
• Google Maps is used to display the map and, on Android, to draw your current-location marker on your device.

These providers act on the Service Provider's behalf in connection with the Application.

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time. You may permanently delete your account and associated data from within the Application (see below), and you may also uninstall the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the application marketplace.

What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?

The Service Provider retains the profile information you provide for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. Because the Application does not automatically collect personal data, there is no associated analytics retention period.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (your profile and saved favorites) at any time directly in the Application via Profile → Delete account. You may also request deletion by contacting the Service Provider at info@spscreations.gr, and they will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some of the profile data may be required for certain features of the Application to function.

How does the Application address children's privacy?

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider <span>(info@spscreations.gr)</span> so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

How is your information kept secure?

The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

How do you give your consent?

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
