SkillsPath - SKILLs and Innovation for Youth Employment PATHways SkillsPath supports young refugees and migrants aged 18–29 who are not in employment, education, or training (NEETs) in Germany, Greece, and Spain. In Thessaloniki, the program is now in the implementation phase and aims to strengthen young people's professional integration and participation in the labor market. The project combines an innovative Artificial Intelligence tool for skills assessment with personalized career counseling, the development of soft skills and job readiness through group workshops, as well as connections with employers and training providers, with an emphasis on opportunities related to the green economy. Through partnerships with organizations, education providers, and businesses, SkillsPath empowers young people to recognize and make use of their transferable skills, define career goals, and gain access to sustainable employment or training.
