The facility can serve 55 beneficiaries daily and offers accommodation to men and women (mixed dormitory) over 18 years old, in separate areas. Accommodation is provided in shared spaces, while there is also the possibility of separate housing for individuals in emergency situations. To support homeless individuals during their stay at the shelter, the following services are provided: Safe overnight stay Personal hygiene and cleanliness Hot showers Distribution of personal hygiene products Washing and drying of clothes Distribution of clean new clothing/footwear items Distribution of light meals (snacks) and hot beverages (coffee, tea), Provision of social counseling Psychological support Nursing care Information regarding social rights Connection and referral in cooperation with public bodies, health facilities, organizations providing free legal aid, and other support networks Provision of healthcare and medical monitoring through the MdM Open Polyclinic Actions for integration into other accommodation facilities and OPEKA programs Social integration actions (reconnection with family / support environment, job search – CV completion, inclusion in educational – training programs).
